Five qualifying shifts will be played Thursday, Friday & Saturday – The top 40 scores will qualify for the Championship Finals on Sunday.  The top 24 players will earn a bye to the second round, with the next 16 players playing in a single three-game match (25 vs 40, 26 vs 39, etc.) to determine the remaining 8 players for the final 32. The eight first round winners will be ranked based on their original qualifying position and placed accordingly into the bracket (the highest seeded winner will be #25, the next highest winner will be #26, and so on).

THE CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND

The advancing bowlers will be entered into both an ‘A’ side and a ‘B’ side bracket. The ‘A’ side will be seeded based on their qualifying scores, and each match will be based off pinfall of the 3 game match. The ‘B’ side consist of 3-game will be best 2 out of 3 games (with total pinfall breaking ties if each bowler wins one game with the other ending in a tie). The B-side bracket will now be redrawn randomly after each match, not just at the beginning.

THE FINALS

The finals will be decided by the side of the bracket producing the higher seeded player. For example, if the 5th seed wins the A-side and the 14th seed wind the B-side, the final will be three games, total pinfall.
